A Holistic Approach to Health & Wellness

This means that when we are working towards your life feeling as best as it can, we will look at how all areas of your life are connected. 

Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat.  Does your overeating affect your weight, and your weight affect your self confidence, and self confidence affect your social life?  Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  Do the relationships in your life lack boundaries causing you to take on other peoples stress & drama, which in turn can affect your health & energy level?

As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health & wellness as a whole.
