Our Hatha Yoga Flow isa fast paced, upbeat class. It does require a little extra strength and the ability to move quickly between poses. Perfect for those confident in their basic yoga skills.
Heather Morrow enjoys an active lifestyle, exploring many traditional training programs in aerobics, running, kick-boxing and weight training. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition. After over 20 years doing “High Impact” activities, she was impressed by yoga’s effectiveness for managing her stress and thought that as she got older, it would be gentler and easier on her body.
Heather has decided to take up the challenge to embrace yoga as a physical, mental and spiritual practice by becoming a yoga instructor and inspire others.
