Our Yoga Instructor, Emilia Semrau, will be adding this much needed kid's class to our schedule at Flourish in Olympia.

45 minute class focusing on meditation
Age appropriate for 6-12 year olds
Classes are $5-10 sliding scale.

We hope to provide afterschool offerings for your kids Monday- Friday. Currently, we host a Kid's Hooping & Circus class on Mondays, Meditation & Yoga on Tuesdays, and Art Classes on Wednesdays.
